Why do Breathwork?
Breathing is our life force. We live in an age where we are not getting enough oxygen in our bodies or the same amount as our ancestors, and the air that we are breathing is no longer clean. Most people’s breathing system is not functioning at an optimal level. When we breathe fully, we are detoxing our physical body of toxins we are carrying, but also emotions/ wounds that have been stuck in our being and that no longer serve us.
Breathwork can regenerate our cells and heal us from the inside out. It can eradicate PTSD & Anxiety, but it is also for personal growth and awakening – transforming our body, mind, and spirit. Conscious breathing can be a direct path to spiritual awakening, self-realization and simply transforming into your best and authentic self.
Personal Breathwork Sessions
For those who are curious to go deeper in their self-exploration and healing, 1:1 breath sessions are a powerful way to do so. Together, we collaborate on your journey. My role is to support you through the experience, creating a safe container for you to feel safe and release anything that comes up or needs to be moved through your bodies ( emotional, physical, energetic..). We then explore the experience bringing you to a new awareness and state of being.
Shamanic Breathwork is a beautiful combination of two modalities. This service is offered in private sessions and group sessions.
When bringing Shamanism into Breathwork, Sacred space will always be opened & closed with the Four Directions. The music will be curated to reflect rhythms that support Shamanic Journeying and as the Client or Group Breathes, sacred tools will be used according to what Spirit is calling.
These sessions will always incorporate an altar where the client/group participants can charge any meaningful objects.
Private 1:1 Shamanic Breathwork sessions will include deeper energy work while they are breathing with the Conscious Connected breath technique and truly is a powerful experience.

Group Breathwork Sessions
When breathing together, we can be transported quickly with the movement, momentum, and energy in the space. Group sessions are an opportunity for likeminded souls to gather and breathe as one, yet fully participating as an individual on their own journey and experience with the breath.
Group sessions are customized for any theme to be explored and this is reflected in the music that is selected and any specific resources or readings that will be shared. The sessions are opened with a full-body visualization/meditation; intention writing leading into a full hour of Conscious Connected breathwork followed by a journal practice and typically runs 2 – 2.5 hours.
