Palo Santo Soy Candle – 8 oz
These sacred candles are locally & handmade in Hamilton, Ontario by Wax & Fire Co. These are the candles that are consistently burning on my personal altar for the last three years and I am so excited to share them with you!
All of these candles are Handmade, Phthalate Free, Lead free, Petroleum free, Vegan and Zero Waste- you just soak the jar in hot soapy water and use it for plants or to store little trinkets and odds and ends!
Approx 60-70 hours burn time.
Always trim your wick to 1/4″ before each lighting. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Never leave a candle burning unattended.
Soy wax has what is called a memory therefore it is necessary to allow your candle to burn for 2 to 3 hours the first time it is lit- it must melt the candle all the way to the sides the first time it is burned. Building this memory helps the candle to avoid the pillar effect of wax build-up on the side of the container- also called tunnelling. This poor burning is a major cause of diminished flame and little fragrance while burning.
This Palo Santo Soy Candle is Grounding, peaceful and woodsy. Fills the room when lit, but not overpowering. Perfect for that chill , warming vibe that makes everyone feel at home. Wonderful for meditation, for the centre of the Altar or clearing a space with clients. There is an element of protection felt when lit.
