I AM PROUD TO BE PART OF THE SEVENDIRECTIONS BREATHWORK FACILITATIOR TRAINING. XX REBECCA
I believe that breath is sacred. On my journey with breathwork and as a practitioner in this modality I have seen firsthand the importance of honouring the breath as medicine and ensuring that all future facilitators receive the appropriate training to ensure that they revere the medicine, but also guide their clients and community in the utmost safest and informed spaces. This is why Divine Roots has become a branch in the Seven Directions Breathwork tree and a thread in the unified altar cloth.
This is what our students are saying
Founder Steph Magenta holds a business vision that works within the guiding principle of living in right relation with ourselves, each other, and the Earth.
Seven Directions Breathwork is proud to be an approved GPBA (Global Professional Breathwork Alliance) accredited listed school. Seven Directions® Breathwork is also an approved & accredited IPHM Training provider, and an organisational member of the IBF (International Breathwork Foundation) and Breathwork UK.
Through each training program, we take our students on a journey through what it means to support others in the safe exploration of body, mind and spirit. We are trauma-informed and hold ethical practice at the heart of what we do and how we show up in the world.
There is a saying, “how you do one thing is how you do everything,” and this speaks to personal alignment and integrity - the whole ethos behind our program. We invite your inquiry with an open heart. When we move towards listening from the heart, our true guide, and move towards what shamanism often refers to as “Walking in Beauty”, a Navajo/Diné prayer for living in right relation, we open unending possibility for living in right relation and alignment. We become the Sacred Human.
Our program starts with the opportunity to begin with foundations in breathwork and continues into facilitator and practitioner training with extended mentoring, CPD and other opportunities available, offering 400+ hours of training.
“Breath is an unconscious action. It happens of its own accord. When we emerge into this reality, breathing is the first act we perform as independent living beings. Our lungs fill with the sacred breath, and we cry for contact. Our entire journey on the planet is marked by two remarkably interconnected things—the will to keep breathing and the yearning for physical and spiritual contact”
One Drum: Stories and Ceremonies for a Planet, Richard Wagamese

If you are feeling a call, to serve breath as a medicine and you want to explore more about our January 2025 Training, Please take a minute to dive in deeper to understand the ethos behind Seven Directions Breathwork
“From our very first breath, we are in relationship. With that indrawn draft of air, we become joined to everything that was, is, and ever will be. When we exhale, we forge that relationship by virtue of the act of living. Our breath commingled with all breath, and we are a part of everything. That’s the simple fact of things. We are born into a state of relationship, and our ceremonies and rituals are guides to lead us deeper into that relationship with all things. Big lesson? Relationships never end; they just change. In believing that lies the freedom to carry compassion, empathy, love, kindness, and respect into and through whatever changes. We are made more by that practice.”

Finding the right training
for you
It is really important to find the right training for you. And to remember that not all breathwork training programs are equal. Quality programs will ensure there is length in the curriculum as well as reputable and informed faculty in their training. It is also recommended that you find a school or program that is accredited and affiliated with organizations such as the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance and the International Breathwork Foundation - these organizations ensure programs and training schools adhere to ethics, boundaries, and best practices.
