This is a group mentorship for women who are lightworkers and healers, who deeply know that they are here to serve humanity and Mother Earth. This space is led with the Divine Feminine as the foundation of its mentorship to be explored, healed, and experienced through all its expression in this program.

What if you could immerse yourself in a nurturing community of like-minded women, all dedicated to healing and spreading light, walking alongside you on your journey? In one year

Stepping into your Medicine is a Live 12 x month group mentorship and a women’s circle to support you in stepping into your service, accessing your inner healer, and cultivating your gifts & medicine for the world while deepening a sense of community and colleagueship.

This women’s mentorship circle is an accelerator program that will support you in stepping into and/or deepening your own service, releasing any ancient patterns and emotions, and cultivating the empowered soul that you are and the medicine that you carry so that you can embody your wisdom and step into serving the world!

  • You will step into mastering the Presence process so that you can build your connection with the ‘now’ moment and your somatic body.

  • You will channel your knowledge into a place of embodied wisdom so that you can serve from your heart center instead of being pulled from the mind.

  • You will Dive into understanding your purpose and mission for your service & medicine so that you are clear in what you offer to the world and your clients.

  • You will connect to the soul of your medicine (& modalities) so that you understand what is truly yours to serve.

  • You will discover your voice – we will explore our throat chakra, self-expression, and how we are showing up in the world by sharing our soul’s blueprint and offerings so that you can serve your medicine with confidence.

  • You will get clear on your boundaries so that you avoid compassion fatigue and burnout as a healer or coach.

  • You will debunk the myth of the archetypal healer so that you can understand the importance of your nervous system and somatic body required to hold space for others.

  • You will learn to receive money as love – understand sacred energy exchange and the mindsets and beliefs that may be holding you back from an abundant life.

  • You will learn where our core wounds are affecting our life. We step into understanding what is ours, what has been passed down to us so that we can step up and out of the old patterns that are playing out.

  • You will understand healthy Masculine principles for your sacred business ie insurance, intake forms, waivers, Social media, and email storytelling… so that you can prepare to make the leap!

Modules One to Three

Our initial four months are dedicated to preparing ourselves for our sacred calling. Together, we embark on a journey of self-discovery, exploring both the inner and outer foundations that will support our path of service. We will see the importance of our foundations and learn the seven grandfather teachings. Through group healing sessions, we nurture our growth and strengthen our bonds as a community of healers.

During this phase, we explore our core wounds and embrace the Presence Process. We will dive deeper into the importance of energetic and professional boundaries, recognizing their importance in maintaining our well-being and integrity and how they play into the ethics of our work.

We strengthen our inner and external foundations, ensuring that they are rooted in authenticity and compassion.

Modules Four to eleven

As female healers, we're preparing to step into our roles with purpose and dedication. Within our teaching and mentorship sessions, we engage in profound exploration of our expansion journeys, laying the foundation for our future service.

Addressing our relationship with money is crucial. We're actively reframing our money stories, shaping a prosperous trajectory ahead. Guided by the wisdom of elemental forces and medicinal practices, we embark on a transformative path toward self-realization and empowerment.

Together, we cultivate our authentic voices, embracing visibility as we confidently share our unique gifts with the world. Additionally, we delve into the entrepreneurial realm, navigating the stages of our 'business' journeys with determination and collective support

Meet your Stepping Into Your Medicine Team


  • Marissa Rignola is a Usui Reiki Master, Shamanic Practitioner through The Sanctuary and Soundbath Facilitator. 

The ancestors have chosen to work through her and she is honored to bring their messages, wisdom and unfinished healing to you so that you can progress forward free of what was handed down to you.

    Additionally, Marissa is a transitional doula, helping souls to cross the veil. This process brings peace not only to the souls that she crosses, but to all of their loved ones here.

She taps into Source, and the Spirit guides of her clients and lets earth-based wisdom guide her one-on-one sessions. She connects her clients to the parts of themself they can not reach. She is a non-indigenous New Yorker living with her husband and two sons. She enjoys hiking and spending time in nature.


  • I am a Multidimensional Medicine woman, A Shaman of Light and a Way Shower.

    Our 3D World loves labels and although we know that certifications don’t always reflect the quality of the soul or the wisdom that we channel, they do make it easier to understand our basic path.

    I am a shamanic practitioner, a triple certified Breathwork Practitioner, Mentor, Channel, and guide for those on their path of Spiritual and personal transformation and I have been walking the path of Spirit and Service for over 15 years.

    I HELP PEOPLE STEP INTO A LIFE OF SPIRITUAL EMBODIMENT AND SELF-ACTUALIZATION.

    In this moment of my life, as I prepare for Eldership, I have stepped into being a way-shower and leader on the journey. I do not call myself a teacher, for I am not here to teach you anything, I am simply here to support you in remembering and accessing knowledge on this path.

    My personal background is rooted in the arts as a musical theatre performer which led me into a 12-year career in the corporate sector where I specialized in Client Relations.

    I understand People.

    I understand how scary the journey can be when are living in a 9-5 world and begin to understand that we are part of a great Cosmic Web.

    There are a lot of programs, wounds & stories to unwind from in our being and our bodies and it is hard to know where to start. Remember that I have been where you are, I may simply be 5 steps ahead on the Journey.

    I help people and Medicine people who are seeking a deeper connection to Spirituality and self-actualization.

    As a Multidimensional Medicine Woman and Mentor, I help you achieve this by teaching and sharing technologies and modalities so that you are empowered on your own personal and spiritual journey.

    I am a non-Indigenous Canadian committed to Truth & Reconciliation and I live on the traditional territories of the Erie, Neutral, Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee, and Mississaugas. This land is covered by the Dish with One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant and I am proud to call ‘Hamilton’ home.

  • Our Calls are typically on Tuesdays at 5:30 - 7pm EST. These dates and times can change based on guest Wisdom Keepers and we aim to keep our calendar as consistent as possible.

  • Yes! We use Zoom as our online platform. We ask all of our participants to try and be present for 80% of our journey together.

    All participants with have access to the platform for 12 months after our year closes.

  • Stepping into Your Medicine has been crafted specifically based on Rebecca’s personal journey as she stepped into her path leaving her career path behind and stepping into the calling.

    This course includes a blend of key teachings, group mentorship, group healings, private healing & growth work, and access to 9 medicine women & wisdom keepers - 3 elders bringing grandmother wisdom to support each of us on the journey and Remembering who we are and developing the confidence to step in.

  • Deep transformation and growth does not happen in a 1-2-step process.

    Knowledge can be consumed quickly, but wisdom can only be gained through embodiment, and that requires time.

Stepping into your Medicine has also pulled me into the practice of sharing my voice. Something changed in me during this program, what I found was that Rebecca placed in my hands options of tools through the groups' online dashboard of modalities, books, videos, and breathwork membership.  When I really started to dig deep was when I started to pick up on the tools and tried them on for size...that was when the lesson of ‘I am my own healer, I am my own teacher’ really started to sink in.  Not to say Rebecca and the group weren't there to guide me and help me when I needed it but it was ultimately my responsibility to take charge of my own stories, beliefs, and ultimately integration.
