I just completed a year long journey with Rebecca Llewellyn in her stepping in your medicine container. I could have never dreamed of the level of transformation this circle of teaching and women has brought me. When I decided to join Stepping in, my goal was to find healing, balance and discovery of my feminine. To discover what is my medicine and who I am.  To expand my small Reiki practice and learn the practical side of my business. This experience surpassed my expectations! The elders and teachers she brought in along with her own teaching allowed me to learn how to see myself, how to honor who I am, help to build my confidence and step into my power! Most of all learn to be so gentle with myself and find joy, laughter and happiness! This was all done with immense  love and support from Rebecca, Marissa and the team of teachers she brought in. This class also taught me to explore possibilities on how I can expand and grow my small Reiki practice.

I am forever transformed and so is my business. Rebecca is a loving wealth of resources. I would highly recommend to any women wanting to step in to who you are to walk with Rebecca! Rebecca's shamanic healing was the deepest and most comprehensive healing I have received in my four decades of life. She helped me reclaim two parts of myself that had been banished due to traumatization in early life. The absence of these parts were seriously impacting my ability to function and step into my power. She connects her spirit with the client's energy, and she immediately read the major energetic dynamics that were at play in my system and their origin. She also talks throughout the session, so your mental body can also comprehend what's going on, and contribute details that might be helpful to go deeper and understand, which I've never experienced in a shamanic healing and which I find extremely helpful for my left brain and for continued work on my own.

She helped me pull out an intergenerational cord (which I didn't even know was a thing!) that was really holding me back, and which I didn't realize was the source of a lot of suffering I have experienced. She channeled some powerful spirits and their wisdom when they came forward, and helped them energetically up-level me in frequency, and give me courage to release what no longer serves me. She affirmed what was true in my heart, and gave me insight on how to act with wisdom, based on how she could feel the pattern was manifesting energetically.

Stepping Into Your Medicine offered me tools help me navigate the ancient story about my somatic body. I'm very grateful for the conversations being with women who share. And I find that I can relate to every single piece that they share in. this circle. I'm learning. The truth in my body that Spirit is precise. It's like you hear it. and I hear it again coming back through my body that my body says, Yeah! This container has me practicing being in my body while showing me that when I hear spirit, it’is precise - and I can feel it in my body! I am literally learning to step in and trust.

Somehow, knowing that Rebecca was going to be in my life in some capacity was what brought me here. I didn't know how, I just knew Rebecca was going to be there. There was a knowing that I was actually ready to let Rebecca in and guide me. Something shifted in spirit was like now - Sign up! I have seen this program as an investment in myself, and when I say yes. I'm supported! It's so worth it! This year I see that I am shifting my language and perspective and this has been really big.

I remember in our first call at the end of August. The intention that I had was to step into intimacy but my humanness had a narrow view. What I have experienced over this year is that it's gone from intimacy with women in general to having intimacy with myself, intimacy with my life, and with all souls.

What has been key for me has been the consistent calls and the consistency in checking. Our calendar dates at the top of the year allowed me to make that commitment and I'm here. I'm showing up, and when I show up even that to me is an intimate. I am sharing things that are personal and vulnerable. This has been huge for me in many different ways.

The different teachers that Rebecca brought in has been invaluable. Each one has landed at that moment in time. I have learned to trust a mentor and to play around with that relationship, especially the wise elder. It has helped me navigate my relationship with my grandmother and I am so grateful for this. I am also a huge fan of the private mentorship calls with Rebecca as they have helped integrate and support the thread of my growth throughout this year.

Stepping into your Medicine has also pulled me into the practice of sharing my voice. Because I am self-employed, and the exchange of money is very intimate and something I have to do on a daily basis, I used to be shy when people used to give me money. I used to shy away from looking at their faces. and now, when someone gives me money it's like a beautiful energy exchange, and I look them in the face, and they say, ‘Thank You’ . I have really been learning the art of practicing and I am worthy of receiving this exchange of love.

I just take my interaction with the world as evidence of the growth throughout this program. Because I am transforming, My family is evolving with me.

Rebecca & Marrissa’s session on energetic boundaries and shamanic clearing and cleaning technology have been teachings that are so tangible for me that I've applied and now it;s a personal practice - just another shift! I just didn't know what I didn't know!”
